Questions & Answers

Frequently asked questions

Everything busy pet owners ask us most. Still have a question? Just give us a call or text.

Do I need to be home when you come?

Nope. As long as we can safely access your yard, you don’t need to be there. We’ll text you when we’ve finished and send a photo of the completed work, so you’ll always know we’ve been by.

What about my gate or lock?

Just let us know how to get in – many customers give us a gate code or leave the gate unlocked on their service day. We always confirm the latch is secure before we leave, so your dog stays safe.

What if it rains or snows?

We work through Minnesota’s weather year-round. Light rain or snow doesn’t stop us. In heavy snow, we clean what we can reach and catch anything that was buried on your next visit as it melts out.

How do you handle the waste?

We bring all our own bags and tools, collect everything, and haul it completely off your property for proper disposal. Nothing gets left behind in your trash bins to sit and smell.

Is there a contract?

No contracts and no long-term commitment. You’re on a simple weekly service that you can pause or cancel whenever you need to.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your service, how many pets you have, and the size of your yard. We keep it simple and honest – reach out for a quick, free quote with no obligation.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the south-metro suburbs of Minneapolis, including Eagan, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Lakeville. Not sure if you’re in range? Just ask.

How do I get started?

Call or text us at (952) 423-3933, or fill out our quote form. We’ll confirm your pricing, set your weekly day, and get you on the schedule – usually within a few days.

Do you clean up after multiple dogs?

Absolutely. We handle yards with one dog or several. Just tell us how many you have when you get your quote so we can set the right plan for you.

Do you keep coming through the winter?

Yes, we run year-round. Keeping up with weekly service through winter is actually the best way to avoid a giant, unpleasant thaw-out cleanup come spring, so we recommend staying on schedule right through the cold months.
