Terms of Service
Last updated July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the South Metro Canine Cleanup website and the services we provide. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
South Metro Canine Cleanup provides weekly dog waste (poop) removal and related yard-cleanup services for residential customers in the south metro of Minneapolis, MN. Descriptions on this website are for general information; the specific scope, schedule, and price of your service are set out in the quote or agreement we provide for your property.
Quotes & scheduling
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time, such as the number of pets and the size of your yard. Pricing may change if conditions differ materially from what was described. We will communicate any changes before proceeding. Service runs on a recurring weekly schedule with no long-term contract – you may pause or cancel by letting us know.
Property access & safety
You are responsible for providing safe access to the service area (for example, an unlocked gate or a gate code) on your scheduled day, and for advising us of any hazards. We check and secure gate latches before leaving, but we are not responsible for pre-existing fence, gate, or latch defects. For everyone’s safety, please secure aggressive animals during our visit.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your quote or agreement. Amounts are due as agreed for the services performed.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a visit, let us know promptly and we will make it right. Photos of completed work are provided as a record of each service.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Metro Canine Cleanup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
